		<description>Pat - thank you for sharing your insights on this topic.  Your suggestion that getting units off the market and occupied is positive for the building makes sense to me.  I also agree that absorbing the unsold inventory, even at reduced prices is positive.  Whether foreclosed properties or auctions, we can't move on until this inventory is absorbed.</description>
