We chose Azzurri as our name to embrace our Italian heritage. Azzurri symbolizes unity - a team working together.
We have come together as a team, because we feel this will provide us with the ability to ensure our clients have the best experience possible. Theodora and Bruce have a combined 25 years in home renovation and mortgage lending. Luca has 20 years’ experience in home development, remodeling, and construction. Our desire for service combined with our knowledge of home improvement was the catalyst for our journey to becoming realtors. Behind our team exists a passion for life, humanity, culture, and family that is shown with grace and humility. We know that whatever we do, we do better together. Luca Sacchetti
Life has led me on many paths. I am an artist at heart with a love for human connection in my soul. No matter my career at the time, I find a way of taking care of people. I grew up in an Italian family, and even though we moved frequently due to my father’s job, home was always the place to be. My mother knew how to make a house a home, and with the smell of her cooking, neighbors always found their way to our home. I know the value of a home. A home is more than a place to hold your belongings. It is a place to enjoy time with the people you love. I was a contractor and developer for 25 years. During that career, I helped people imagine how they could make their house their home through change. In buying a home, you must find what feels right for you. That takes time and patience. I will be with you every step of the way. I will listen, and together, we will find the house that becomes your home.
Bruce Beavers
After years managing and working with people while a Pilot at Delta Air Lines and Boeing, I realized that I missed the interaction with new people and growth that I had enjoyed. My wife and I have purchased, renovated and sold many homes during the years and I decided to follow her into the Real Estate business. I love meeting new people and I enjoy the challenges and rewards that this career brings. It's a wonderful feeling to be able to help someone find their special home!
